TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Check in time is from 2pm onwards and check out time by midday on your scheduled day of departure.
• Room occupancy rate is for 2 adults; adults of same sex are not allowed to share a room. A daily surcharge will be incurred for additional family adult staying overnight in the room at a percentage of the advertised rate.
• All room payments are due to be paid in full on arrival for the specified stay with a deposit. Guest must pay for other ordered services during their stay. We only accept payment in Naira.
• Room service is available and attract a charge of N200.
• Rooms are not transferable.
• A cancellation fee will attract a 90% charge for the first night if less than twenty-four hours (24 hours) notice is given.
• No other discounts will be given with promotional rates.
• Rates are subject able to change without prior notice.
